Then fill in the field Tax ID. That number will be added to any invoice going forward.
Invoices are automatically added in your Trint account at each billing cycle, so you can always find them when you need them.
To find these, go to Your Account in Trint and head to Invoices to find all previous invoices.
]]>We made changes to allow you to search for any part of the file title and yield results. Before the update, your search would have to be an exact match of the title and spacing, otherwise the file wouldn't be surfaced.

All of the column headers can be sorted in ascending or descending order: Name, Status, Upload member and Date, Last Edit and Duration, so you lay out your work, and find what you need, however makes sense for you.
You can now sort on any Trint page, including Your Trints, Recent Trints, Shared with You and for our Pro Team and Enterprise customers, Workspaces. Please note, folders will always appear at the top.

]]>We're introducing a new state: Edited. This is when paragraphs have been edited, but have never been marked as Verified. Here's a rundown of the four states:
You can now clearly see the status of your work and immediately find which parts still need attention.
There's also big changes for collaborators with a Pro Team, Team or Enterprise account: you can now see who made the last edit.
And remember, you can mark a paragraph as correct using the keyboard shortcut control-alt-v.
We'll roll these changes out over the next couple of hours, so keep an eye out and tell us your thoughts.

]]>We've improved our Verified functionality to make it easy to see how much the transcript is polished. The percentage at the bottom of the transcript shows the status at a glance, including any verifications made by team members.
We didn't stop there. It's also much easier to toggle the Verified status: simply hover over the area right of any paragraph and click (you had to click the checkbox before).
P.S. if you want to use Verified, you'll need to be on one of our non-PAYG plans.

The edits you make to a Trint are saved every second or two. Now you can see a record of previously saved versions of a Trint and restore the ones you want. Just click on “Version History” in the top left of any Trint to see the time and date that previous versions were saved, select the version you want and click “Restore a copy.” It’ll be saved in your Trints page.

]]>To use Public Link Sharing, open a Trint, click Share, then click Create link at the bottom of the panel. A unique URL will be copied to your clipboard. Email this link to colleagues, add it to your next newsletter, post in on your website or distribute to your audience however you’d like. Users don’t need a Trint account to view your shared Trint.
Anyone with the URL will be able to view your Trint, but they won’t be able to edit it. For more information, check out our Support page on Public Link Sharing.

To mark a paragraph as Reviewed, just check the box. If you edit a paragraph after it’s been marked as Reviewed, the status will automatically switch to Edited. After you’ve confirmed it’s correct, just check the box to mark it as Reviewed again.
